What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Start Conversations
- Connect with members across in-branch, phone, and digital channels
- Proactively reach out through calls, follow-ups, and outreach to deepen relationships
- Understand member needs and recommend solutions that support their financial goals
Deliver Financial Solutions
- Support members with lending, investment, and everyday banking needs
- Assist with loan and mortgage applications, including documentation and follow-up
- Process investment transactions and support renewals
Drive Engagement & Results
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
- Contribute to individual and branch performance targets
- Support campaigns and initiatives that grow member relationships
Support Branch Operations
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Provide teller coverage as needed
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all interactions

What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services or a credit union environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated initiative and comfort engaging members proactively
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to members
- Solid understanding of financial products and services
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems (e.g., MS Office)
- Must be bondable

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Compensation Range: $39,800 - $59,700.00 + Eligibility for Annualized Incentive Plan
